Is a project that offers service on talented player development to football clubs and organisations from the Baltic states.
We are scouting players for age groups U 9 – U 12 throughout the season and at the end of each season, we invite most talented players to join our projects for next year. After talent identification camp, we are offering BFS participants many different football actions – tours, tournaments, masterclasses, etc.

Team Europa is the highest level of sister projects DTFS (Deutsch-Tschechische Fussballschule) & BFS.
For this project we select only the best players from Baltic States, Germany and Czech Republic. Team Europa takes part at such of tournaments like Legia Cup, JFK Cup, Mini Euro, Hermes Cup etc.
One of the highlights have been an opportunity to travel to Tokyo, Japan to participate in Copa Toreros tournament under the name of Puma Talents together with players from Japanese clubs. It was an remarkable chance to explore different continent, culture and also football itself.

In cooperation with football federations or football clubs we organise international football camps that are attended by the best coaches from elite clubs.

In July 2019 we organised 4-day Talent Identification Camp in 4 different Baltic State cities.
Through developing professional relationships we invited specialists from West Ham United, Hertha BSC and Dinamo Kyiv as special guests at this event.
This event offered the opportunity to anyone interested to showcase their abilities and potentially get selected to be invited to BFS/Team Europa events for the upcoming season.
